Global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has acquired North East Rig Out Ltd. (NERO), an Aberdeen, UK-based workwear manufacturer specialising in the oil and gas industry. Established in 1995, NERO is also a head-to-toe personal protective equipment (PPE) solutions provider. The acquisition was completed by Williamson-Dickie麻豆传媒映画檚 European division on July 18, 2014.
