Pembina Pipeline announces acquisition of EnbridgeÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»™s JV interests
Pembina has entered into an agreement to acquire EnbridgeÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»™s interests in Alliance, Aux Sable and NRGreen for an aggregate purchase price of approximately CAN$3.1 billion.
