Lunate to acquire a minority stake in ADNOC gas pipelines from Snam
Lunate, an Abu Dhabi based global alternative investment manager with US$105 billion in assets under management, announced it is to acquire a minority stake in ADNOC Gas Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» that is indirectly held by Snam, EuropeÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»™s leading gas infrastructure operator.
