PGNiG win derogation argument against Nord Stream 2

The German energy market regulator Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­“ Bundesnetzagentur Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­“ declined granting a derogation for the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
