PGNiG wins case concerning GazpromÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»™s abusive market behaviour
The General Court of the EU has agreed with PGNiG and annulled the decision of the European Commission (EC) rejecting the Polish companyÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»™s complaint against GazpromÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»™s anticompetitive practices.
