Reuters: Enbridge defeats lawsuit over crude oil transport

According to Reuters, an Illinois federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit accusing pipeline operator Enbridge of blocking a rival from building a terminal to ship Canadian crude oil by barge from the Chicago area to refineries in the Midwest and the Gulf of Mexico.

 

IGI Poseidon and Tenaris partner to advance offshore hydrogen readiness

Tenaris and IGI Poseidon, a joint venture between GreeceÂé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­™s DEPA International Projects and ItalyÂé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­™s Edison S.p.A., have joined forces to advance the hydrogen transportation via ultra-deep offshore pipelines.

 
 

Reuters: new Permian oil pipelines unlikely to be built, say top operators

According to Reuters, a wave of consolidation in the top US shale field has concentrated output in the hands of companies that are promising to restrain output so as not to crash prices by over-producing. Pipeline firms also have embraced acquisitions over new construction.
