Paul Exley joins Baker Botts

Baker Botts LLP has announced that Paul Exley has joined the firm鶹ýӳs London office as a Partner.

Mr. Exley is an Energy and Corporate lawyer who is experienced in a wide range of international and domestic transactional work, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A in the energy sector.

Mr. Exley joins Baker Botts from Jones Day.
